Regular cleaning is maintenance
A regular visit is designed to keep an already manageable home consistently clean. A property that needs significant catch-up work may require a longer first visit or a separately agreed initial clean.
We confirm priorities honestly so the available time is used where it matters most.
Choose a frequency that fits your home
Weekly
Useful for busy households, families, pets or homes where kitchens and bathrooms need frequent attention.
Fortnightly
A popular balance for households that maintain day-to-day tidiness but want dependable deeper upkeep.
Monthly
Best suited to lighter-maintenance homes with a clear priority list and realistic expectations for the available time.

Regular cleaning FAQs
How much does regular cleaning cost?
Regular cleaning starts from £20 per hour. The final price depends on the property, visit length, frequency, condition and agreed tasks. We confirm it before cleaning begins.
Will the same cleaners visit my home?
Our aim is to provide the same small local team rather than rotate unfamiliar cleaners. If an unavoidable change affects a visit, we communicate it directly.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
We agree products and equipment with you before the first visit, including any preferences for particular surfaces or household needs.
Can priorities change between visits?
Yes. Tell us what matters most before the visit so we can use the booked time realistically.
Who will clean my home?
Our own experienced husband-and-wife MV Cleaning team carries out your regular cleaning. We agree your priorities, routine and access arrangements directly with you.
